From his first production as a puppeteer at age four to working on major broadcasts and high-profile events, Jerry Hosie has spent a lifetime mastering the art and technology of video production. His passion for storytelling began early—running cameras, audio, and graphics in his elementary school’s broadcast studio, building his first computer server rack at ten, and composing his own custom video game mods by fourteen.

With a background in Theatre Technology, Jerry seamlessly blends technical expertise with artistic vision. His career has taken him through freelance theatre, large-scale live events, and broadcast productions, including working on the Library of Congress Concert and Lecture Series. Over the years, Jerry has worked with five U.S. presidents, international ambassadors, and some of the most influential figures in politics and entertainment.

As Video Department Manager at Showcall, Jerry leads with innovation, always pushing the boundaries of live event visuals, broadcast production, and emerging technologies. Beyond the industry, he explores the future of science and technology, designs and tests games, and volunteers with Child’s Play through partnered organizations.
