Canute joined the Showcall team in 2024 as Technical Systems Design Director bringing over 25 years of experience in audio visual systems and lighting. This Grammy-nominated audio producer is no stranger to managing diverse teams while executing productions and events for notable A-listers.

Over the course of his career, he has managed multi-million dollar equipment upgrades. He has also served in numerous roles for various artists and organizations including but not limited to Camera Operator, Video Director, Lighting Operator, Broadcast Mixer and FOH Mixer.

Before joining Showcall, Canute ran over 320 events yearly for some of the largest nonprofit organizations in the country and now brings his passion for systems, leadership, and training to the Showcall team.

Canute enjoys inspiring the young minds at Howard University Middle School of Mathematics and Science and The Grammy U by acting as a tutor in his spare time.
