Showcall had the unique opportunity to provide all technical and audio-visual elements for the APEC Ministerial Conferences held in Honolulu, HI, Washington DC, Big Sky, MT and San Francisco, CA. These events were anywhere from three to four weeks in duration, while the World Leader’s Summit in Hawaii spanned two and a half days. Showcall provided all technical solutions including the creation of a customized application for iPads at the request of the White House, the deployment of geo-aware information screens, all necessary broadcast lighting, audio reinforcement, video reinforcement, power generation & distribution and office equipment.
