As executive producers for this high profile event, Showcall was responsible for designing all scenic elements, technical components, the provision and integration of audio-visual production, stage management, run of show, broadcast management, and talent management. Showcall also planned all logistical movements including those of the President of the United States and other notable dignitaries.
